Herb Entwistle is Simulicity’s Chief Real Estate Officer, serving as our primary offmarket brokerage partner and a capital access provider. Herb Entwistle is a seasoned real estate professional with almost two decades of experience in the industry, in development, financing, consulting, and sales. He has completed hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume over his career. Herb has held long term consulting contracts with many of the largest players in the industry some of whom include: Fidelity Investment, Deloitte and Putnam Investments. He also operated a variety of real estate related businesses including a residential mortgage company, from which he parlays his financial skills to the unique and variable world of private real estate. Herb is a native of New England and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Finance and Management, and a certification in Real Estate Development and Finance from MIT. He lives in the Boston area with his sidekick Australian Shepherd, Jazzy.
