David Silverman is cofounder of Simulicity and guides product/market fit. He brings a practitioner’s view of the challenges confronting urban-focused architects and real estate buyers/developers; including the impact of their projects on local stakeholders and communities. David is a licensed member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He has never eaten an ant or a scorpion, but may be willing to nibble on either of them, if offered in lollipop format.
